• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items as per recipe specifications.
• Execute cooking techniques to prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep designated station clean and organised, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
• Inspect the quality of ingredients to ensure freshness and proper storage.
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared accurately and according to customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Work efficiently during high-pressure periods to meet customer demand while maintaining food quality.

• Must hold a Certificate III in relevant field or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification

• Oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Leads and manages team members, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensures high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation to maintain quality and enhance customer satisfaction
• Tracks inventory and manages stock levels, placing orders as necessary to meet operational needs
• Handles financial responsibilities such as budgeting, cash flow management, and transaction reporting

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facilities, including guest check-in/check-out, room readiness, and housekeeping coordination.
• Manage and supervise accommodation staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are upheld to create a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate with winery staff for guest experiences such as tastings, tours, and events.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records, manage bookings, and optimise occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure rooms and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitor accommodation inventory and supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
