Position: Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation
Omega Mart Pty Ltd is a newly-established, speciality Grocery store for South East Asian communities in Sydney. It takes pride in offering a wide range of speciality items including grocery items mainly for Indonesian, Malaysian and Chinese communities.The Company is running three stores under its umbrella and have plans to open more stores Australia wide. The company is also building its website for retail and bulk orders.
Due to sustained business growth and business expansion plans, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued expansion of our company by promoting our service offerings across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and implement advertising strategies and marketing campaigns to support our service portfolio and business growth objectives.
- Provide strategic marketing advice to senior management and clients, ensuring campaigns effectively target the desired market segments.
- Developing the company brand and goodwill amongst the target market.
- Analyse market data to identify consumer behaviour trends, evaluate customer preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct research to explore market demand and growth opportunities for existing and new products.
- Develop and oversee the execution of marketing objectives, programs, and policies that reinforce the company’s brand positioning.
- Advise on marketing mix elements such as pricing, promotions, advertising channels, and product/service offerings.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, communication, Management and Business.
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient understanding of service marketing, particularly in sectors such as speciality products.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences and promote service excellence.
