Customer Service Coordinator
Due to a significant growth strategy across the NSW Region, Bradnam’s Windows and Doors have an opening for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our inclusive team at our Newcastle Branch. As a new member of the Bradnam’s team, you will be joining a large team of customer service and sales professionals who will equip you with all the tools and training required to see you succeed in your role.
About the opportunity
Bringing your positive energy, the Customer Service Coordinator will partner with a team of Sales Representatives to provide administrative and coordination of building plans interpretation to accurately enter data in the quotation systems. With exceptional knowledge retention skills, you’ll bring the “Bradnam’s Difference” to ensure a timely service is provided to our valued customers.
About you- Possess previous work experience in a customer service position within the building industry
- Building industry codes and quoting systems knowledge is advantageous, however full training will be provided
- Thrive when working in diverse environments, both as part of an inclusive team and independently
- Self-starter who has a strong willingness to learn and a desire to grow within the industry
- Positive and flexible to adapt to business needs when priorities shift
