About Our Client
Our client is a fast-paced, high-growth, ASX listed business. They have a fantastic team culture and offer excellent WFH flexibility (4 days WFH, 1 day in the office). Our client is currently going through a number of continuous improvement initiatives including a global system implementation.The role is an initial 6 month fixed term contract and is paying $130,000 package.
Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, your role will include:
- Oversee high-volume, end to end payroll processing
- Analysis of complex agreements and legislation and ability to apply this knowledge
- Support Payroll Officers with analysis of legislation and provide correct and relevant advice
- Drive continuous improvement and project work
- Leave management advice and compliance
- Conduct payroll GL reconciliation and payment of invoices
- Administers benefits related to Payroll as required
- Assist with year end of year processes and reporting
- Payroll System POC for any issues
- Other ad hoc tasks
