• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected salary: $54,000.00
• Immediate start available

• A full-time permanent down the track
• Operating Monday to Sunday – shifts to suit everyone's lifestyle from early morning to afternoon
• Base menu of Australian classics
• Working with local and native ingredients for most of the catering offer
• Meal planning and preparation
• Adhering with standard recipes
• Ensuring that food is served in highest quality both in taste and presentation
• Weekly stock control
• Maintaining and cleaning the kitchen facilities
• Working as an active and responsible member of the team
• Assisting in training kitchen staff to increase their cooking and meal serving skills
• Cooperating well in team work
• Adhering to the food and safety hygiene guidelines of the Health Department of WA.

• 2 to 3 years experience minimum
• Ability to cook a full range menu from.
• Ability to understand dietaries, allergens and cater for special requirements
• Attention to details and consistency essential
• Catering experience is a plus
• Have experience in a fast-paced employment environment in the same industry.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must have solid knife skills.
• Understand English.
• AQF Certificate III in Cookery or at least one year of relevant work experience
