Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. What will you be doing?- Requirements and Stakeholder Management: Proficient in gathering and defining business requirements through workshops and interviews, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Business and System Analysis: Skilled in analysing business processes and IT systems to optimise performance and meet business needs.
- End-to-End Requirements Management: Expert in managing the full lifecycle of business requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Specifications and Documentation: Produces comprehensive documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Agile and Scrum: Experienced in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and can conduct ceremonies, estimations, and coach teams to maximise productivity.
Key accountabilities:
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining and optimising the initiative and epic product backlog in line with business prioritisation.
- Collaborate with business, design and technical partners to understand customer and business problems, translating this into Epics/User Stories (e.g. functional or non-functional requirements) in partnership with squads.
- Ability to coordinate agile ceremonies with your squad, ensuring we continually optimise and improve our ways of working.
- A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst including demontsrable experience specializing in ServiceNow.
- Extensive experience and understanding of the ServiceNow Platform, focussing on 2 or more platform modules including, but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, SecOps etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to story-tell and take stakeholders on the journey with you.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum (e.g. Jira) methodologies; ability to work within an iterative development environment.
