We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our Asset/Equipment Finance team. The successful candidate will support the Head of Asset Finance in processing loan applications, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously when required but also be comfortable working under guided instructions to meet team objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Review and process loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify and validate data in loan documents to maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties to facilitate the loan approval process.
  • Support brokers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the loan process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and loan progress.
  • Prepare settlement documents and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth settlement processes.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

  • Prior experience in loan processing, financial services, office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing and tracking customer interactions and loan progress.
  • Experience in preparing settlement documents and coordinating settlement processes.
  • Proficiency in using loan processing software to capture client information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • The ability to show initiative and be proactive in problem solving.
  • The ownership of your work and display a high level of accountability.
  • Strong organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as follow guided instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are technologically savvy with an aptitude of adaptability
