Business Director
Role Purpose
As Business Director, you will be tasked to build, develop, and manage the Australia business strategy. This will include setting sales targets across the region, managing relationships with new and existing clients, generating new sales leads and implementing sales & marketing initiatives to drive revenue and profit.You also will drive team performance, oversee operations and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and perform market research to determine new business leads and potential projects.
Lead the business development team and initiate market analysis, promotions, marketing communications to grow sales revenues.
Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses leading to sales and business development.
Supervise the operations to ensure that the quality and standards are implemented effectively throughout all procedures and processes.
Collect data for trend analysis, generate standard reports, and share the same with management team.
Work closely with the Technological Centre and internal customers within the company to maintain certification and compliance regulatory requirements.
Liaise with the maintenance function ensuring assets are appropriately managed with the minimum capital outlay and achieve required quality levels and customer satisfaction.
Experience Profile
15+ years’ experience in the oilfield services sector, preferably within cased hole flow and/or integrity diagnostics.
Vast experience in operations, sales, business development and account management, including marketing within the oil and gas industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
