About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Civil Engineer looking to build and develop the Defense team for a Tier1 Engineering Consultancy in Australia.As a Defense Lead, you will be responsible for delivery of Defence projects in the NT, building your networks and driving continuous improvement.Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Developing business prospects within the Northern TerritoryOverseeing regional business performance
Driving sustainable long term financial results
Key CriteriaIn order to be successful for the Defense Lead role you will have:
A minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProven experience in defence projects
Good communication skills and organisation skills
Ability to do business development an get work for the team
Australian Citizen with no prior convictions.
