Job Description- Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails from customers, suppliers, and staff
- Manage the shared accounts inbox and direct queries to the right internal contact
- Process incoming invoices - filing, flagging issues, and ensuring accuracy
- Assist with AR processing (around 100 invoices/week) and a smaller volume of AP (approx. 30/month)
- Enter invoice data across multiple systems (with automation planned)
- Help with bank reconciliations and payment runs
- Support ad hoc finance tasks and gain exposure to more complex functions over time
The Successful Applicant
You're someone with a genuine interest in finance and accounting, who enjoys being across the detail and wants to build a strong foundational skillset.- Around 2 years of experience in Finance or accounts administration
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven mindset
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and step up
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
- $70K + Super (negotiable);
