Environmental Field Technician
Established in 2009, Emission Assessments Pty Ltd (EAPL), continue as expert advisors, promoting innovation in air emissions monitoring and occupational hygiene services, that our clients trust.
With continued strong business growth EAPL are seeking applications from an enthusiastic Environmental Field Technician. The successful candidate joins a dynamic and multidisciplinary NATA Accredited Environmental and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Consultancy in Perth, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be involved in performing environmental air monitoring programs including:- Stack Emission Testing;
- Laboratory and Field Odour surveys;
- Environmental monitoring, data collection, and analysis using specialised equipment;
- Preparation and delivery of environmental field reports.
Importantly, sharing ideas within a team that listens and respects individual contributions is promoted at EAPL.
The successful candidate will ideally have:- Ability to work in a safe, careful and methodical manner
- Ability to interpret and apply technical procedures
- Confidence in learning new work practices such as isokinetic testing equipment
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a small team
- Valid Western Australian driver’s license
- Prior experience or knowledge in monitoring of stack emissions to air
- Prior experience working with ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001
- An understanding of basic chemistry and physics principles
- Competency in Excel and Word

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 + Superannuation
