About the Role
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial leadership and delivering insights that steer business performance. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will oversee core finance functions while contributing to strategic initiatives that ensure the organisation meets its objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations and reporting requirements of the organisation.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and budgets in compliance with internal protocols and external standards.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimise profitability and control costs.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring development and accountability.
- Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- CA/CPA Qualification is essential
- Proven experience in a finance management role within the financial services sector is desirable.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- An in-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in financial systems/ERP's and advanced Excel
