Com Business in Balwyn are looking for junior staff who want to learn, develop and grow with The Ducks. Positions available are in the retail store, events and the restaurant located at The Farm.
About us
Com Business is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with locations across Australia. Our Balwyn Location is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Balwyn iconic lighthouse.The Produce Store is an extension of the Com Business passion for providing the community with fresh, sustainably-produced goods and local produce. Located within the main entrance hall, The Produce Store stocks a variety of deli items, fresh produce (grown on The Farm and local area) and artisan goods and gifts from the surrounding area.

About the Role: We are looking for junior casual staff members who are looking to learn, develop and grow with The Ducks.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and/or retail, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide outstanding service to our guests. You will be greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a tidy enviornment, running and collecting food, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.We will be able to offer between 1-4 shifts per week.

Pay: $21.38 – $37.90 per hour
