Documentation Specialist - Artificial Lift Systems

About the Role

You'll play a vital role in maintaining our quality standards and supporting our operational excellence.

• Create and manage traceability packages and data books while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Review and verify documentation from manufacturing and suppliers against engineering drawings, quality plans, and order requirements.
• Implement strategic techniques to mitigate documentation risks and promote maximum productivity.
• Maintain and organize project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant documentation.
• Serve as documentation representative during project reviews, meetings, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document security, confidentiality, and version control.

• Proficiency in reviewing mill test reports, NDE reports, and quality documentation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in scanning, uploading, and maintaining records.

• Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1 and Q2 requirements.
• Experience with JDE and Microsoft Project.
