• Manage HV projects (132kV+) from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, including clients, site teams, and other project partners.
• Oversee construction and commissioning processes to meet project specifications.
• Develop and execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring strong commercial and P&L performance.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
