We are a new Salesforce partner looking to expand our operations in Australia and are looking for some amazing talent to help us grow

• You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce development including configuration, customisation and implementation of applications. Role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.
• You’ll be responsible for turning the program design of our Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that meets the customer’s acceptance criteria.
• Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams, you’ll be building out complex business processes using native Salesforce technology and the toolkit of the Force.com platform.
• You’ll be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support.

KEY SKILLS:

1. Min 3+ years of experience in salesforce and Fluent in Apex. Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
2. Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOQL and SOSL).
3. Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development.
4. Experience developing Visualforce pages, Visualforce components and Customer Controllers.
5. Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework.
6. Experience with Salesforce administration.
7. Firm understanding of Object Oriented coding standards, Design Patterns, and similar best practices.
8. Salesforce ADM & Dev certified
