Full Time Mechanical Engineer

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Full Time Mechanical Engineer for our plastic recycling center. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing and recycling industry.

• Design and optimize mechanical equipment, machines, and systems for plastic recycling processes
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities
• Analyze and improve production efficiency through process optimization and workflow improvements
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and testing procedures
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and equipment procurement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of recycling processes
• Create technical documentation and maintain engineering records

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or recycling industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management abilities
