• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist in planning menus, estimating food requirements, and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

• Proven experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Candidate must have relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Relevant culinary qualification or trade certificate (highly regarded).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• AQF Certificate III at least two years on the job training
• AQF Certificate IV
