Job Description
As the Fast Food Restaurant Manager you will:
Take ownership of the general running of the restaurant.Manage the guest experience and service standards.
Control ordering, food levels, stock management .
Compliance with food safety and WH&S.
Create and implement local area marketing strategies to promote sales.
Develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant.
You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is;
Qualifications in hospitality or management
2+ years’ experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
Food Safety Supervisor, Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid and Liquor License course desirable

Salary commensurate with experience and in the range $75 – 85,000
