About the Role
We are now looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to join us on our journey to becoming the trades’ most valued partner.

What You’ll Do
Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to various business functions.Monitor, follow up, and investigate safety incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Develop and improve the Reece Safety Management System and SafeR Standards campaigns.
Conduct branch safety visits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Coach and influence leaders to maintain compliance and drive interdependent safety behaviors.
Coordinate safety initiatives, reporting, and emergency preparedness.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in a safety or improvement role in retail, warehouse, or manufacturing industries.Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent qualification.
Practical knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A proactive and solutions-driven approach with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
