What's Involved:

This exciting opportunity will have you contributing to the equity, growth and profitability of one of Brown Family Wine Groups leading brands. High energy, innate consumer and category curiosity and a desire to deliver continuous improvement in everything we do will be at the heart of what you bring to this position.

Every day will be different, but some of your main responsibilities include:

  • Creation and implementation of category and brand plans (Integrated Commercial Plans).
  • Product portfolio responsibility and management.
  • Lead the direction and implementation of all omni channel communications including PR, events, and media campaigns in consultation with the Marketing team.
  • Manage new product and packaging development for the domestic market and ensure its fit for purpose for key export markets.
  • Manage marketing investment for portfolio of responsibility maximising ROI and are in line with budget parameters.
  • Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the Marketing team and broader business.
  • Always comply with corporate requirements and present a positive and professional image to customers and the external environment.
Skills and Experiences:

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field.
  • Experience in a marketing related position.
  • PR, Event and Campaign development and delivery.
  • Strong analytic capability, financial acumen and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management influencing skills.
  • Flexible and motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven track record in the wine or FMCG industry.
  • Current drivers license.
