Job Description
This role will require:
- Processing weekly, end-to-end payroll, including timesheet review, leave entitlements, PAYG, Superannuation, and Qleave reporting.
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function by maintaining creditor records, processing invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payment runs.
- General accounts management by handling VAT, PAYE tax reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and maintain the general ledger.
- Administration tasks including, manage insurances, vehicle/plant registrations, utilities, office supplies, and coordinate service providers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
- Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial management tools.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
