About the role
This role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of a time-critical project involving the separation of two business units. The objective is to establish two fully independent operations with minimal disruption to customers, staff, and systems.
The Project Manager will lead the coordination of operational split activities, including technology platform changes, staff and process realignment, and customer transition across multiple functional teams. Working closely with stakeholders in Technology, Operations, HR, Legal, and Customer Experience, this role is embedded within the business and central to ensuring a seamless transition.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading complex business separations, transformations, or carve‑out projects.
- Strong background in coordinating technology, operational processes, and customer transitions.
- Ability to work hands‑on, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Technology, Operations, HR, and Legal teams.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in fast‑moving environments.
