Job Description

As a Payroll Governance Analyst, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing payroll integrity. You will lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every process meets legislative and organisational standards.

Your expertise will help shape best practices and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement payroll governance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor and review payroll processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments.
  • Stay up to date with payroll legislation and ensure timely updates to policies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on system enhancements and integrations.
  • Support payroll system upgrades and implementations.
  • Analyse payroll data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Deep understanding of payroll systems and compliance frameworks.
  • Exposure to EBAs and system builds highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Background in large, fast-paced organisations preferred.
