What you’ll do

The System Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Centre operations by ensuring all systems and inventory processes are optimised. Responsibilities include:

  • Actively promote innovation and continuous improvement within the systems team and wider DC business by challenging current systems and processes
  • Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Manage and maintain System Inventory
  • Maintain systems integrity, including site performance standards
  • Act as a key contact point for identified system issues troubleshooting problems, and acting to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Liaise with external vendors through email, reporting issues and resolving problems or queries
What you’ll bring
  • A love of Technology Systems & Inventory and/or a mindset of continuous improvement
  • A passion for problem solving in complex situations
  • Previous supply chain operations experience
  • The ability to engage with Team Members and train and coach
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Understanding of relevant systems and how they relate to warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder or JDA is desirable
  • Flexibility to work outside of roster hours and weekends where required.
  • Sound knowledge of Google Drive and Google Sheets & Microsoft Office Excel
