The Role
As the Brand Marketing Lead at ONETOO, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategy, leading a cross-functional team to deliver impactful and cohesive campaigns that blend performance with brand storytelling.You'll not only shape the direction of our marketing efforts but also spearhead initiatives that propel our clients' brands to new heights. You’ll be at the forefront of creating and seizing opportunities that generate measurable growth, ensuring that every campaign you lead has a meaningful and lasting impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with our designers, developers, and marketers, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. As a leader, you will guide the team in optimising campaigns, blending data-driven insights with creative storytelling to elevate both customer acquisition and brand resonance.
Your days will be spent:
Developing and executing advertising strategies for both project-based and ongoing marketing clientsManaging all end-to-end initiatives for our clients including EDMs, Social Media, Advertising, Digital PR, SEO and more
Ad buying, planning, optimising and creative briefing for digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest and Google
Working in collaborative digital platforms such as: Notion, Figma and AirtableFacilitating workshops and developing strategies for both new and growing brands
You:While we’re open to exploring people from all kinds of backgrounds, we think this role may be best suited to an applicant with 5+ years experience in a digital agency environment. But go on, blow us away. This is a mid to senior level role, where we value character highly.
A Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business, Advertising etc)Exceptional communications skills
5+ years experience in digital marketing
Certifications & Experience with Google & Meta
Understanding & Experience with Ahrefs/SEMRush
Familiarity with Digital PR
Planning and running workshops
Enthusiastic brand storyteller
Good attention to detail – your application should include the word "pizza" somewhere
You must legally be able to work in Australia
