Our growing FMCG business located on the Mornington Peninsula, is looking for an energetic, passionate & highly experienced Machinery Supervisor
Duties will include:- Perform machinery maintenance
- Operate machinery and equipment
- Supervises and coordinates employees who operate machines
- Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work
- Ensures machine operation is done correctly
- Monitors and evaluates production records and reports
- Hands on and show of commitment
- Successful completion of relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent
- Proven post qualification experience and ability to adapt and display skills required
- Proven ability and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work autonomously, without supervision
