Autobarn Retail Store Manager Gold Coast
We are seeking an Experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Gold Coast Queensland Australia. Full time position available. $1300-$1400 per week.
As the retail floor Manager, you will be working alongside our floor staff to deliver high retail sales and workshop bookings based on exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to store staff.
Ensure efficient operation of the store.Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the implementation of store policies and procedures..
Monitor and analyze sales performance.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
