We are an Australian-based company specializing in the import and distribution of premium Colombian food products. We are seeking a Full-Time Logistics Analyst to lead our transport and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain coordination and delivery services across Victoria and other key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport, Supply Chain & Distribution Operations: Optimize supply, storage, and delivery operations, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Analyse and enhance current delivery processes, routes, and logistics strategies to minimize delays, reduce costs, and maximize service quality.
Oversee and track real-time logistics performance, promptly addressing any disruptions or delivery issues.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to coordinate shipments and ensure seamless operations.
Manage customer service related to delivery operations, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Coordinate delivery schedules, warehouse operations, and ensure compliance with all safety and transport regulations.

Fleet and Staff Management: Direct and supervise warehouse teams and drivers, providing training and support to improve skills and performance.

Ensure the company’s fleet is regularly maintained, serviced, cleaned, and compliant with safety standards.
Manage weekly staff rosters within budget, monitor staff adherence to routes, schedules, and operational protocols.
Maintain records of deliveries, team performance, vehicle maintenance, client feedback, and incident resolutions.

Step in to troubleshoot operational challenges, providing real-time solutions and reporting improvements to senior management.

Requirements: Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience managing supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Must hold a valid full driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and optimize logistics performance.
Excellent leadership, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
