Citrix Support Engineer
We are looking for a Citrix Support Engineer. As a Citrix Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Citrix-based systems and technologies.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in Citrix support or administration role
- Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler
- Experience in troubleshooting Citrix-related issues, such as user connectivity, performance, and application delivery
- Experience with Citrix profile management and user profiles
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals
- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCE-V, CCP-V) are a plus
