FULL TIME CHEFSalary Range $75,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation
SUMMARY
We are Looking for an experienced Chef for a full-time position to work closely with our team for a busy Vietnamese and Italian restaurant in Brunswick East VIC. Business operates 7 days dinner and lunches on weekends only. You will be working 38 hours a week with a rotating roster.You must be available every day of the week.

DUTIES- The Chef will work closely with the Head Chef, taking on essential responsibilities such as preparing and cooking Vietnamese and Italian dishes to perfection, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation.
- The Chef will also assist in managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and contributing to menu development to enhance the restaurant’s offerings.
- Preparation and marination of entrée
- Cooking of bread in oven
- Operating kitchen equipment
- Clean up and maintenance of kitchen area
- Follow HACCP procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS
A skilled Chef is integral, bringing expertise in authentic Vietnamese and Italian cooking techniques and creating innovative dishes that cater to a wide range of dietary needs and palates. Must also have experience in Vietnamese and Italian cooking.You would need to be a team player. Available every day of the week, including weekends.
