As our team continues to grow, we are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us on the floor.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter to join the Tandoori Nights team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring every visit is warm, efficient, and memorable from the moment they are seated to the moment they leave.

• Set up tables, arrange seating, and prepare the dining area ahead of service to ensure a welcoming and presentable environment for guests
• Greet customers and take accurate orders for food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to guests on menu items, including dietary requirements and specials
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and in accordance with service standards
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between sittings to maintain a clean and tidy dining area throughout service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction

• Monitor, stock, and replenish supplies and inventory as required to support smooth service operations
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of or interest in Indian cuisine is a bonus but not essential

• Competitive salary of $65,000 – $80,000 per annum
