• Coordinate cyber security projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Foster clear communication between all project stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and document project scope and objectives.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support the team by facilitating daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Knowledge in cyber security practices and strategies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• A competitive salary package of around AUD 750 to AUD 850 daily, plus super.
• An opportunity to work in a professional, yet friendly work environment.
• A 12 months contract with 12 months extensions.
