What you will do?:
- Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach
- Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant management
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions
More about you:
- Previous experience in managing a bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
- Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
- Knowledge of HACCP requirements
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
- Able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
