Finance Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in collaboration with management.
• Provide financial insights and strategic advice to support business decision-making and funding requirements.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and forecasts, to assess the organization’s financial position.
• Analyze financial data and assess capital finance proposals and the financial viability of operational projects.
• Advise on investment strategies, funding sources, and earnings distribution to maximize profitability and growth.
• Deliver long-range profit forecasts, budget planning, and financial reporting to support strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax legislation to minimize risk exposure.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and risk management strategies to maintain financial health.
• Identify efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
