About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen who can drive budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting processes.The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in collaboration with management.
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to support business decision-making and funding requirements.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and forecasts, to assess the organization’s financial position.
- Analyze financial data and assess capital finance proposals and the financial viability of operational projects.
- Advise on investment strategies, funding sources, and earnings distribution to maximize profitability and growth.
- Deliver long-range profit forecasts, budget planning, and financial reporting to support strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax legislation to minimize risk exposure.
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and risk management strategies to maintain financial health.
- Identify efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements to enhance financial performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA preferred).
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
