• Oversee financial procedures and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
• Analyse financial performance and forecast longer-term horizons
• Collaborate with various teams to develop budgets and financial plans
• Perform risk assessments and financial analyses
• Drive cost-saving initiatives within the company
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Participate in strategic data interpretation and decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a team-first attitude
