About the Role
Full time 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Technology space.This is a hot desk, extensive client and candidate database to utilise with a proven track record of billings. It’s a candidate short market with niche technical skillsets. Would suite a specialist recruiter that has operated in a similar market or comes from a background in Insurance, Banking, Risk or Analytics.
Another good fit would be a specialist recruiter that has operated in a candidate short technical type market.
Main Role Responsibilities
Market map opportunities and forge new client relationshipsIdentify further revenue potentials within existing clients
Manage end to end client, applicant and candidate engagements from initial briefings, candidate attraction through to offer, acceptance, start date and post placement after care
Requirements and Experience
It is essential you have recruitment experience ideally within the Professional Services spaceIdeally 3-5 years’ experience, although less experienced recruiters are advised to apply
Proven track record of new business development and key account development with SME and Top Tiers
Demonstrated team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, determination, and the desire to succeed
You must be confident, self-driven and determined to forge a professional name for yourself
