Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Record income (donations, grants, ticket and book sales) in MYOB.
Process fortnightly payroll using ADP Payline.
Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and submit IAS and BAS.
Assist with budgeting, re-forecasting, and external audit preparations.
Support month-end, year-end, and other finance tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

Have experience in the NFP space for similar roles in Accounts
Possess varied finance experience (AR, AP, Bank Rec, Payroll, End of Month, Audit etc)
Be able to start ASAP
Have a genuine passion for working towards a greater purpose for a charity
