Role Summary

As the HR Administrator/Consultant at SHE HR Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR support to our clients while contributing to the operational success of our consultancy. This client-facing role is instrumental in providing essential assistance on client projects, optimising HR operations, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Additionally, you will support the internal operations of SHE HR Consulting, ensuring seamless processes and a strong foundation for continued growth and impact.

Who you are (required):

  • You are a recent graduate or working towards a qualification in HR, Business, or a related field, eager to grow alongside an organisation and learn from experienced professionals.
  • You have strong administration skills with an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • You bring a creative mindset, offering innovative ideas and solutions to challenges.
  • You excel in communication, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • You possess a strong work ethic, taking pride in delivering high-quality results and managing competing priorities.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining compliance with laws and regulations in business; and
  • You have strong digital capabilities across multiple platforms.

  • You are proficient in the Google Suite platform, Monday.com, Canva and Workable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as an in-house HR Administrator for selected retainer clients, covering end-to-end recruitment processes, tailored onboarding and offboarding programs, maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing Employment Hero, ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace policies, facilitating performance reviews, coordinating learning and development programs, tracking HR metrics, and supporting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Assist with drafting, updating and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance and relevance, incorporating industry standards and stakeholder feedback.
  • Provide support for client projects, including resource management, preparation of documentation, and maintaining secure and accurate project records.
  • Monitor compliance with awards, legislation, and workplace policies to mitigate risks and ensure clients’ practices align with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing contracts, managing documentation, and coordinating client meetings and events.
  • Contribute to SHE HR Consulting’s operations, including social media management and financial administration using Xero.
