Job Description- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the team.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Receptionist ideally has:
- Previous experience in a similar reception or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and a professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
