Job Description
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the team.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Receptionist ideally has:

  • Previous experience in a similar reception or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and a professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
