The Role
This fast paced Client Services role supports the Account Managers and Publishers to ensure timely setup of "Print On Demand" titles, and advise on other services to achieve sales growth targets.
Day to Day responsibilities include:
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Actioning the inbox, calls and instant messaging functions
- Use of email management through a Zendesk ticketing system, prioritising and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Attending publisher and author events as appropriate and client training on systems where appropriate.
- Use of several IT software systems and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess the following:
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year client service and account liaison experience preferred.
- A background in using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
- Sound MS Office Suite skills, database systems and knowledge of CRM's
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Be flexible and positive in your approach and remain calm and professional under pressure
