About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to oversee various financial aspects of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising:
Accounts Receivable (AR)- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Payroll processes.

- Responsibilities
- Supervise Financial Operations:
Manage and supervise:
- Accounts Receivable process
- Accounts Payable process
- Payroll process
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide insights on variances.
Cashflow Management:
- Monitor and manage the cashflow
- Ensuring optimal utilization of:
- Funds for daily operations
- Investments
- And other strategic initiatives.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of these reports to relevant stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for cost savings.
-Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Trust Account Management:
- Oversee the management of trust accounts, ensuring compliance
with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of trust transactions and monitor account balances.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities- An Accounting Degree
- Proven 3 years + experience in accounting, financial management, and reporting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Advanced MS Office Excel and Google sheet skills
- Proficient in financial software and tools; preferably Xero.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
