Restaurant Manager-Full-time position vacant at the restaurant Cinco Bistro, ABN: 83 074 355 735 at 589 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, Qld-4152. Minimum 38 hours a week.

Job Description:

• Organising and controlling the operations of the restaurant CINCO BISTRO located at 589 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, Qld 4152 to provide dining and catering services.
• Planning and organising special functions at the restaurant.
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of vegetables, groceries, meat and other consumables and goods according to the requirements and budget of the restaurant.
• Maintaining records of required stock levels and financial transactions of the restaurant.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance. Also, ensuring restaurant is compliant with health codes and sanitation standards including workplace health & safety.
• Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. Attending promptly to any customer complaint.
• Recruiting, training and supervising restaurant staff
• Managing the reservations of the guests
• Greeting the guests of the restaurants
• Helping the front team in busy time in taking the orders.
• Making sure food is served considering the social and cultural aspects of the food background.
• plan and update the menus in consultation with the Chef considering the market trends.
• Any other duty as may be assigned by owners from time to time.

Applicant must have:

Completed a Diploma level qualification and a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a similar position.

Annual Salary (depending on experience/skills) between $73,500 - $75,000 plus superannuation.
