The Company

A highly reputable IT managed service provider based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne are seeking a project-focussed Systems Engineer with strong skills across IT systems and networks. Our client has an enviable culture and a customer first mindset which has strengthened their position in the market enabling continued growth.

The Role

As the Project engineer you will be designing and implementing a range of solutions for customers.

More specific key responsibilities include:

Scoping, pricing and delivering projects
Liaise with customers to develop IT roadmaps
Conduct technology audits on customer environments
Design and implementation work
Assist the BAU team in troubleshooting complex, escalated issues.

Your Profile

You will be a Senior Systems Engineer with strengths in both systems and networking, having experience in the design and delivery of key projects.

Specific technical requirements include:

M365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Windows Servers
Networking (firewalls, routers, switches)
Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Industry certifications would be advantageous, and you will have excellent communication skills to provide first-class service to customers.
