We are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in finance management. As GM Finance, you will drive financial strategy, support day-to-day running of the Finance team and contribute to the groups' ongoing success. Responsibilities:

Reporting into the CFO and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the GM Finance will support all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, structuring, regulatory, compliance, governance, financial reporting, and budgeting, as well as development and enhancement of internal control policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
  • Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitoring financial performance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Overseeing financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing guidance on financial risk management.
  • Support executive team in commercial matters, investment decisions and M&A and business integrations
  • Oversee IT & Operations, including BAU, risk management, continuous improvement and future-proofing
  • Supporting and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

  • You will be a CA/CPA/MBA qualified Senior Finance Leader with 15+ years' experience with proven and demonstrated ability in leading high performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.
