Full Time Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary $98,000+ Superannuation

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor sales performance, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
Marketing & Brand Development:
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement loyalty programs, special promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and optimize sales efforts.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
  • Manage online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring content is updated and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Budgeting & Performance Analysis:
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Track ROI on marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, optimizing future strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align marketing and sales goals with company objectives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead and train the sales and marketing team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to enhance overall business performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and market research.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.
  • Experience in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Languages
  • English. Bilingual is added advantage.
