We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lead Front-end Engineer with a proven track record of architecting and implementing innovative, high-performance, and user-centric enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in front-end engineering, solid UX experience, and strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

Architect and lead the development of scalable and high-performance front-end applications using technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js
Direct product design through data-modeling, systems design, and UX sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and end-users
Integrate UI components with backend systems, working closely with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs
Optimize code quality and performance by establishing best practices, coding standards, and mentoring junior developers
Drive the entire UI development lifecycle, from design and development to implementation and testing
Rapidly prototype features to facilitate a smooth transition from UX design to development
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, championing their adoption when appropriate

Requirements

You have..

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Expert knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, TypeScript, and GraphQL
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with user-centric design methodologies
Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with developing applications for the financial services industry
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the front-end development community
