Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the Role

We are seeking truly passionate hospitality professionals to join our team at our luxury resort in Monarto. Full time, part time and casual opportunities available. Your days may include but not limited to:

Buffet breakfast service
A la carte restaurant service
Bar and lounge service including table service (excluding junior candidates).
Function and event service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience is advantageous while not essential;
Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
A guest-centric approach at work;
Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and evenings;
Have or are willing to obtain a RSA certificate (excluding junior candidates).
