Part Time Admin Assistant

Our client is an Australian-owned manufacturer specialising customised material solutions. Supporting multiple industries including automotive, construction and medical, the business is known for its innovation, technical expertise and tailored approach to product development.Our client is looking for a strong administrative all rounder to supportive business operations on a part time basis.
The role: General administration support:
- Formatting documents, reports and agenda's
- Project tidying digital filing and folders
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Coles orders
- Stationary orders
- General office coordination to ensure smooth day to day operations
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or administrative or operational role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working autonomously and taking initiative
- Confident with MS suite and general computer literacy
