We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated Corporate Service Manager to join our team and elevate our client relationships.
Position Overview:The Corporate Service Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our catering services in the corporate sector. This key role will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of catering services to corporate clients, managing all elements of procurement, logistics, compliance, vendor relationships, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the catering or food services industry, with a focus on operational strategy, quality control, and cost management.
Re quired Skills & Experience: o Bachelor’s degree in business management, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
o At least 3 years of experience in a corporate services management or operations
o Strong background in managing corporate catering events, including logistics, procurement, budgeting, and vendor management.o Proven track record in developing and implementing operational strategies for high volume catering operations.
o In-depth understanding of food safety, health regulations and quality control in catering industry.
o Proficient in Microsoft, Excell and Canvaso Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Experience in operating large scale corporate events.
o Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple completing priorities
o Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on client needs.- Key Responsibility:
o Manage all aspects of corporate catering services, from client onboarding to event execution.
o Serve as primary point of contact for corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.o Oversee Scheduling, Staffing, and Training of the corporate catering team.
o Monitor budgets, cost, and margins to ensure profitability of catering operations.
o Prepare Quotes, Contracts, and proposals in response to client inquiries.
o Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance w/ health and safety regulations.
o Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
o Generate report and analyse service performance metrics for continuous improvements.
o Inventory management & waste reduction strategies.
o Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
o Familiarity w/ catering management software and POS system.
o- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
o Strong leadership of dynamic brigade in daily operations.
o Ability to build relationship to external suppliers and vendors.o Familiarity in working with sales, Foh and Boh team in daily operations.
o Maintain strong communication with the operations team to ensure all event requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Market Research & Trend Awareness:
o Introduce innovative ideas for new service offerings, menu options, and event concepts based on client preferences and market demand.
